This year, 2015 - 2016, marks the continuation of Nicolet FEAR Robotics at Nicolet High School. It will be the fourth year that Nicolet High School participates in an innovative program called FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) Robotics
Competition. Nicolet FEAR (Future Engineers of American Robotics) is student-led and driven team that competes in the FIRST program.
We are comprised of over 70 members! The goal of the program is for us, the students, to gain valuable experiences in business, communication, technology, problem solving, and teamwork in order to produce the expertise to successfully compete with a robot in the short term, but more importantly learn what it takes to be a professional in a variety of careers in the long term.
There is a defining moment in every student's life where he or she finds something truly inspiring and amazing. This moment can alter the student's life in a drastic way. The FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) has helped to inspire these moments in hundreds of students in its short history.
Your donation will provide help for travel; robotics fabrication and parts; along with competition expenses.
