New Restrooms for a historic church

We are a historic church, St. Michael's Orthodox Church, in Pueblo, CO. (See update #2 for a link to our church website.) Our church was founded by St. Tikhon of Moscow in 1903. We have a rich history; although we are a small parish we look forward to a viberant future.
Our bathroom facilities are extremely outdated, not up to ADA standards, and very difficult to access since they must be accessed down an outside stairecase. This creates great problems for our faithful older parishoniers who are no longer able to go up and down stairs. It becomes physically impossible for them to access the restrooms, thus making it difficult for them to attend their beloved church (many have been attending for all their lives).
We are raising money to construct groundlevel ADA complaint restrooms which will enable our elderly parishioners to attend church worry free.
We have already have raised some of the money needed, but are lacking the stated amount.
We are a small but growing parish, but not very wealthy. Thus this appeal. All the money will be use only for construction costs.
All of us age, and in our last years of life those things which have been a vital part of our lives are extremely dear to us. We despperately desire to make it possible for our elderly parishoniers to attended the church they love so much. An accessible bathroom is essential for them.
Our whole church community will be extermely grateful, but most of all our elderly parishoniers, some of whom have been attending this church since childhood.
