New Westminster Firefighters' Charitable Sun Run

The New Westminster Firefighters' Charitable Society will be participating, for the second year in a row, in the 2019 Vancouver Sun Run. We will be raising money through our Charitable Society to benefit the BC Professional Firefighter's Burn Fund, specifically the 2019 Burn Camp.

We will not just be participating in the Sun Run but doing so in full firefighter turnout gear - turnout pants and coat; helmet; SCBA and bottle (as much as 50 extra pounds!). A number of our friends and family will be running alongside us for support but for those not on our Sun Run Team, you support through donation will go a long way in sending young burn survivors to camp this summer.

Upon completion of the campaign we will be in contact with donors to issue a tax receipt.
