New Building Small Heath Gurdwara

As many of you will already know the Gurdwara on Waverley Road, Small Heath is a established place of worship for many Sikhs from local and surrounding areas and can been seen as a Landmark.
To keep the Gurdwara functional it was decided to demolish the adjacent buildings and to build a more modern and functional buildings for the Sangat ( worshipers) and visitors.
The majority of the work to date has been done by using the Gurdwaras reserve funds and also donations which have very kindly been made.
In addition many have offered to donate materials, time and effort to help push the proposed work along, for which we are very thankful.
At this stage the proposed Gurdwara buildings internal finishes remain such as Joinery work, the fitting out of toilets, kitchens, internal wall, ceilings and floor finishes and the proposed Darbar hall.
This page age has been set up as a humble request for donations to help complete the proposed building for Sangat visiting.
If you would like to do Seva, by offering your help and support in other ways please feel free to do so and this will be appreciated.
Hopefully the first target of £50,000 will be achieved with the help and support of the Sangat and details of how the money will be spent is openly available.
