Need help, winter and no heat!

In the beginning of December our natural gas boiler stopped working leaving our family of 7 (and 3 dog) with out heat for the winter. We called and had an expert take a look at it, where he informed us that the boiler is beyond repair. The Carbon Monoxide levels inside the boiler are at 1500 where they should only be at 10-30, meaning that if we are to turn on the boiler our family could die from carbon monoxide poisoning!
During this already difficult time my mother and i both experienced the loss of our jobs leaving us with no income at the moment.
We have contacted multiple businesses that have informed us that the cost of the labor as well as the cost of the new boiler will sum up to approximately $9,000.
We have attempted to get loans and financial assistance to no avail leaving us out of options.
This winter has become very cold and our main concern are the two small children ages 5 and 8 that are suffering in the cold house that has no wall insulation.
We currently are using multiple space heaters to try and bring some warmth for the children but are in fear those heaters could be a hazard.
Our Family:
Our home is owned by my mother who is a single mother of 5, one of which is mentally disabled. There are 7 of us living in the house with my mother including my self and my two small children due to losing our own apartment back in October.
I lost my job in the beginning of December making it hard for me to financially assist my mother with any bills or financial responsibilities at the moment.
My mother lost her job shortly after due to issues with my little sister who has multiple emotional disorders.
We have been living on credit so we are unable to acquire any loans to help with our situation.
This help would mean the world to us. we are not a family that usually ask for help but like previously stated we are out of options at this time and need any help we can get.
