Near foreclosure, property tax.

A lot has happened this year and the year before, everything got behind due to those changes. I have been keeping up with all the bills and was able to pay half of the property tax but I can't save up nearly enough between then and now to pay off the the property tax and everything else. 

I find asking for help like this to be very shameful but this is a last resort. Any help that can be given would be VERY appreciated. Thank you for your consideration.
