NEA STATE DIRECTOR POSITION 1

I am running for the NEA State Director Position 1 in our state.  I am running because I want to continue the process of learning and advocating for educators and students, in particular those who have been traditionally under-represented.  As NEA State Director, I will be traveling to Washington DC and voicing our members' and students' concerns to our elected officials: US Representatives and Senators.   Also, I will be the voice of WEA members who strive to create a positive learning environment for all students and demand full funding for public education to provide our next generation with the best quality education possible that  fullfills their academic, personal, social, and emotional needs.  

I will be using the funds for my campaign.
