Help Roya recover

Hey guys my fiancée Roya is suffering and has been for 5 yrs. She has Lyme disease along with many viruses that have left her bed ridden for the passed 2 years, and she is fighting for her life. Prior to this Roya was so in love with life. She was a bodybuilder, personal trainer, real estate agent, involved in child hunger, and many other things. She has done everything she can to help people in life but now she needs help. We are trying to get her the treatment she needs, it is expensive but it can possibly save her life. Any help would be totally appreciated. She is in bed 24/7 in constant pain and extremely weak, and having a hard time keeping hope. She can only leave bed with a cane or if I carry her to the car for appointments.  She is fighting for her life and needs help. I love her with everything I have and we will continue to fight until she recovers. Thank you guys
