HELP THE STRUGGLING CHH WORKERS!

As we are all aware the community of Myrtleford are feeling the impact of the lockout at Carter Holt Harvey Timber Mill. The lockout is due to industrial action taken by the unions for better pay and more time to be spent with their families at Christmas. Whilst union members are entitled to a small wage on the picket line, this page has been setup to help those workers who are not entitled to that wage. There are families who are struggling to keep food on their tables and pay their mortgages, rent and utilities. These workers have not taken a wage in 4 weeks. We are very grateful to those local Myrtleford business' who have dug deep and shown much generosity thus far. 
So we ask that you share the workers story with your friends and  neighbours and find it in your heart to support these hard working 'Mates' that really just want to go back to work.

 All funds donated to this fund will go directly to the Myrtleford families in need.
