My Car Was Torched

My car was set on fire.
As we've had a series of unfortunate events, my wife, daughter and I have been struggling through the days. I ran a lawn and landscaping business for about 3 years and this year we hit several bumps in the road. The rear-end was going out in the '96 Chevy truck we had, so we traded it for this '03 Eclipse, only to find out that the guy was not forthcoming with all that was wrong with it and it needs an engine rebuilt, but it continued to run and I put my lawn mower in the back of the car and continued to maintain my client's lawns.
Then, I lost the keys to the car and it took me a 2 weeks to get the $120 needed to get a new key. The day we set the appointment to get the key made was the day I found out someone had set my car on fire.
I called the fire department and the fire marshal came out and filed a report and confirmed it was definitely arson.
My wife works in a factory and barely makes enough to cover the bills, let alone any set backs. Since this fire, I've lost all my clients, and with school starting in a couple weeks, I'm at a loss for what to do.
