Youth Disc Golf in Monterey

A 9-hole disc golf learning course was recently isntalled at Los Arboles Middle School Sports Complex in Marina, CA. It was a joint effort by several local organizations, businesses and volunteers; the main participants being Monterey Peninsula Unified School District, The City of Marina and The Marina Rotary Club.

We are all very excited about this great new addition to the community for public recreation. An unveiling event is set to take place in November and we want to host a FREE kids disc golf clinic. We want to introduce kids (and thier families) to this wonderful sport and teach them some basic technique.  We would like to give a putter to each kid who participates in our clinic.
