Vet bills, and Truck Repair

Beak n Wings is a parrot rescue/adoption and educational non-profit organization. We take in un-wanted, neglected, and abused parrots and we rehabilitate them. the birds stay in foster homes until new forever homes are found.

A lot of our funds go towards the vet care of the many birds we take in. We generally spend near $10,000 .00 a year on just vet care.

We also have other expenses such as our monthly rent & insurance.

We are trying to raise funds to help pay for some of our vet costs, plus to fix the truck that we use for many organizational events such as hauling a trailer with our equipment to events, for promoting and participating in parades. We also use the truck to pick up donations, cages, birds, and we use the truck to go into other homes to help people with their birds.

We are in need of fixing the ball joints, and breaks (all around) so that we can continue to use the truck with safety.

We ask for your help so that we can continue to take in neglected and unwanted parrots, educate the public, and to continue to provide a service to bird owners. If you have a few dollars to spare, that would be amazing. Even it it's just a dollar, every little bit helps, and adds up.
