Help with hard times

Please help us during a very hard time, I have been out of work since last January due to Surgery and now am currently in the Hospital  due to most recent  surgery. We have been trying to make things work with only one income  but we are at the point of sinking not staying afloat with the need to get groceries, winter clothes shopping for my 2 boys, house hold Bill's, car repairs and the up coming holidays our situation has become more then stressful. I'm not one to usually ask for help but at this point I know that we need help.
