Move In Deposit for new place

Hi Everyone,  I was forced to move from the home I lived for 11 years, due to it being sold. I have found a suitable place, but the owner needs 2,500 dollars to move in, and will not negotiate with me. I am disabled, so my options in homes are limited, as I can’t go up steps, etc...    I am asking for any amount, every little bit will help! I deeply appreciate any help.  Thank you and God Bless.
