Moped /Car for work

My son was at work when his moped was stolen from his place of business Walmart on myrtle school rd. someone came at 430 am and loaded it on their truck and took off with it,My son is ambitious and hard working He got married and recently got his own place and a good job. with his health hes struggled to get work. He has epilepsy and seizures and migraines and other health issues , HE recently wanted to start going to college. He is hard working and a  caring indivisual if anyone can please help Its appreciated. He saved his money to get the moped .He is now a stocker at walmart and every little bit he makes go towards his bills and rent. The money will be used  get a source of transportation or another moped for him to get to work and drs appoiintments. He is the type of person who if its raining he will start an elderly persons caaaaar and open their door . .carry their groceries . He has gave homeless people his lunch money to eat on . So if you can see it in your hearts to help him please do. Im trying ot teach him that people do care.
