JC's College Fund & other expenses

I am recently completed my Bachelor's degree in Political Science (Magna Cum Laude, I might add) but I want to continue studying International Relations. It has to be in United States, though because of the lack of an IR program here in the island. I've been accepted to the University of Texas at Austin and Syracuse University.

I'm a straight A student who just happens to have financial problems and few work hours. I used to receive Pell grants. Used to. Expenses likes books, apartment and various important trips for research assignments have really hit my wallet hard.
