New Life In Germany

As many of you know, the last few years were extremely traumatic for me. My former spouse transitioned from male to female, and although I am happy she's able to live her best life, it meant that I had to completely rebuild my own reality: after her revelation I wasn't able to reconcile her transition with what I need in order to live my best life.
So, we split: I moved in with my mother, and began the work of re-finding my emotional center, all while working as a musician and freelance voice teacher in New York City. I am blessed to have a wonderful family and friends who helped me through that period.
I am especially grateful to my mother helped me with my initial move Germany - allowing me to follow my dreams of making my living singing opera - however there can be kinks in the best of plans, and I need a little further help to get settled. Specifically, I am raising money to help pay for the Kaution (deposit) and other start up costs for on an apartment in Wolfsburg (Wob), the town I will be living and working in. We are hoping to sign a lease for November 01, so the need is urgent.
My original plan had been to live month-to-month in fully furnished apartments (airbnb’s, etc) until I was on my feet enough to cover startup expenses myself - hopefully in a central, touristy location like Leipzig. But life doesn’t always go according to plan, and I ended up choosing a location with a lot of work but not a lot of tourism - and so long-term, affordable, AirBnbs and the like aren’t readily available.
The end result is that a friend and I have decided to get an apartment together - but this means paying for our first month’s rent, Kaution (a deposit of up to 3 months rent), and potentially furnishing the space.
Although I have been living frugally - travelling only when necessary, eating at home, walking a lot and making only necessary purchases, money goes very quickly when you aren't working. Thankfully, I have a job lined up in Wob, and I am waiting for my work visa to be approved so I can start working right away.
So far I've had a few very good auditions, and I am looking forward to more - with your help I'll be able to get settled and stay focused on what needs to happen next. You have all been so wonderfully loving and encouraging of my move, and any help you can give me to get past this hurdle and settled into my new life would be amazingly appreciated.
