A Little Love for Misti's Baby Girl

Dear Friends (including the friends I have yet to meet),
My name is Erin and I started this campagin on behalf of my best friend, Misti, her husband, Jed, and their eldest daughter, Lily.
Misti was due to to have the couple's second baby this summer, but the sweet little girl decided to make her debut early and arrived on Thursday, March 24th. Sweet Pea weighed in at a mere 1 pound, eight ounces when she was born and has been in Vancouver Children's Hospital receiving the best care a baby girl can get ever since. She'll be there for at least six weeks, but potentially for much longer.
Jed and Misti live and work in Kelowna. Misti left work a lot earlier than she expected, and Jed will be travelling back and forth between Kelowna and Vancouver to visit his girls. As you can imagine, a lot of unexpected costs have been and will be stacking up.
My goal is to raise enough money so that all this family has to concentrate on is spending time with their growing baby girl. I know that's what I would want if I was in their shoes.
It would mean the world to me if we as a community (far-reaching or otherwise) could circle the wagons around Misti, Jed, Lily, and their baby girl. I understand that money is tight out there -- if you're not able to contribute a couple bucks, maybe you could share this to your Facebook page or keep the Allonby's in your thoughts, prayers, spells, energy work, or however else you express love to those who need it.
