Keep this American Family Together

We are Millers.  The all American family.   

Dad - Cary is a man of God, a supportive loving husband,  a wonderful father and step-father, comic book nerd, a lover of sweet tea and the Theatre King.

Mom- Crystal is a lady after God's heart, Cary's trophy wife, a stay at home, homeschooling mom, a pinterest aficionado, a beginning gardener, a lover of food, an excellent dancer, you should see her twerk.

A - is just about to turn 10, he is so smart and funny, he loves minecraft & math.

E - is 9, in the 2nd grade and enjoys anything his brother does.  He is an excellent reader and is living on the Autism Spectrum.

G- just turned 4, and is mom's little mini, full of spunk and drama, she embodies an independent spirit.

N - is our littlest man, not quite 2. He loves hats and balls or anything that is in the shape of a ball.  He is a quiet and curious child.

As a family, we love spending time together and taking all kinds of adventures...to the grocery, the library, to the park, to play practice, to church. Everywhere we go is an adventure.

Crystal was married once before and shares the two oldest boys with an ex-husband.   This year has been filled with a lengthy, expensive, inter-state custody BATTLE. 

Just this last Friday we were given some devastating news in our case and are dealing with a significant set back.   For the sake of the privacy of the children, and the sensitive nature of the case, details will need to be spared for the moment.   However, we are still fighting!  

If the case itself isn't stressful enough, our land lord showed up the same afternoon to inform us that they have sold the property and gave us our 30 day notice.

So, what do we need the money for?

We need $1500 as a deposit for some of the court fees.

We need $1500 attorney fees (that is just a dent in our bill, that is over 10K) 

and....

$1500 to move.  We beleive we have found a place to go and we will need to place a deposit, 1st month's rent, and utilites deposits.  Plus, there will be unexpected expenses that go along with moving.

Please help if you are able.

We are humbly petitioning you to send us a few bucks.  We had no idea that we would be getting into this case, our attorney's fees have risen to more than 4 times the original quote and to top it off, we certainly weren't prepared to move!

Yes, I am begging. If you know me I'm giggling as I say it light heartedly, to mask my sincere desperation.  We need help and don't know where else to turn.  Our familes have done so much and are giving as much as they can. 

We are cleaning out the house in preperation to move and to raise funds ourselves.
