Emerged from a vision of it's Founder The Late Michael Carter, in conjuction with F.A.C.E (Freedom Advocates Celebrating Ex-Offenders) a non-profit 501c3 organization, has resulted into the provision of multiple experienced and qualified individuals from both the non-profit and private sectors, to address the complex and various issues pertaining to the City Of Baltimore Residents. The F.A.C.E Organization have proven itself to be more than capable of bringing forth positive change in the lives of those being challenged by proverty, lack of resources and/or any hinderance towards their growth and development. We have established partnerships and collaborations with Community Activist, Department Of Corrections, Clergy, Churches, Schools, Businesses, Legislative Leaders, Health Care Providers, Homelessness Agencies, Veterans Facilities, Substance Abuse/Mental Health Facilities and Services Organizations geared towards empowering Youths. The F.A.C.E Organization will continue to seek funding to carry out it's mission while operating as the Facility Director for this specific project and Fund Raising Campaign in honor of Michael Carter's legacy and untimely death.
