The YMMB provides a youth instrumental music program during the summer for residents of the community in grades 7-12. The goal of the YMMB is to ensure that each student gets instrument specific instruction from a professional as well as large group ensemble experiences with professionals. The professional is referred to as a “Mentor.” To learn more about us, visit our webpage.
We are raising funds to cover the expenses for the season. This includes the Mentors and our field trip.
We are looking to raise these funds by June 30th, 2016.
This funding is important because the YMMB is one of the most unique and rare summer music enrichment programs in the state of Illinois. There are few, if any, summer youth music programs in existence today that provide the kind of one-on-one instruction experienced in the YMMB.
Anyone who makes a donation will earn a spot in the program of our seaon concerts. Just a little way we can say thank you!
