Mental illness/drug addiction rehab

In 2018 my life fell apart, I hit rock bottom. I was homeless, hungry, and felt like dying. I was admitted to the hospital and then to a Dual Diagnosis treatment center in Largo Fl. I was in treatment for 4 months and flew back home to my parents, where I was diagnosed with more severe mental illness including Bipoalar, Borderline Personality Disorder, Major Depression and Anxiety  disorder, & PTSD . A MRI was done on my brain and there is no evidence of drug damage. However, The severity of my Mental Illness’ has caused me to have Major Neurocognitive Disorder with Frontal Lobe impairment to my Brain. I have a hard time remembering things, I need help with my money, appointments, medicine, help with priorities and decision making.  Along the way, I have been fired from 7 jobs in 6 months (25 +jobs in my life) and have been advised by myNeuro Psych, I should consider applying for help. Since then my mom has helped me apply for Social Security Disability and I am on a waiting List through the ADRC for Long term Medicare Facility.

Since May 2019 I have been at a second Dual Diagnosis Facility; Tranquil Shores in Madeira  Beach Fl.. I graduate from their program next week and move into the next phase on the program, Tranquil Transitional. I can continue meeting with my Psychiatrist and my Therapists weekly. Problem is, is Transitional housing costs $800.00/month and I Have no income.
My family paid for my first month and until Social Security or ADRC falls into place, I have no income for help. I can possibly stay at Transitional Housing with staff to help me daily, for up to a year. Any donation would be greatly appreciated to help me fight my Mental Illness/Addiction and help keep me in a safe environment.  Since I can't control my own money, my mom is helping me with Donations and will be paying Tranquil Transitional Housing for me, with the Donations I receive.
