DNC Delegate, Philadelphia, PA

I, Melissa Clink, am raising funds to help offset the costs of attending the Democratic National Convention as a delegate for Bernie Sanders.  I will be representing Georgia's 9th District, the Forsyth County Democrats, the Democratic Women of Forsyth County, and Students for a Sensible Drug Policy.   

I am passionate about helping people and working towards turning Georgia blue.  I believe that grassroots organizing, activism and advocacy are our biggest weapons against big money in politics.  I am a hard working young female with three jobs and two degrees.

I will need your help to allow me to continue working to reform our criminal justice system, raising the minimum wage, protecting women's reproductive rights and passing fair and comprehensive immigration policies.   

I plan to use my time at the convention to help shape the platform to more closely align with the people it represents.  I will bring all information gained at the convention back to Georgia and the 9th district to continue working towards moving us in a more Progressive direction.
