Medical Brigade to Panama 2019

As my time at the University of New Hampshire comes to a close and I prepare for my graduation in May, I have decided to spend my first week as a college graduate going on a medical brigade to Panama. On this trip, we will be providing medical services to communities that do not have easy access to healthcare like we do here in the US. This trip is not only important for the communities we help, but will greatly benefit me as I continue my education to become a Physician’s Assistant. As I work alongside PA’s and Physicians on this medical brigade, I know it will only remind me of why I chose this stressful career track and encourage me to keep working hard towards my goal. Although this is a great opportunity, it is an expensive operation, as we need funds for travel and for hygiene-promoting materials to give to the communities. In addition to financial donations, we are also looking for products to promote good hygiene such as toothbrushes, floss, travel size shampoos, and soaps. I am extremely excited for this opportunity and incredibly grateful for anything you can donate towards my trip.
