Medical and added expenses.

Was a victim of a shooting at General Dollar 11/14/17. I witnessed the gentleman hit a lady in the face . called the police . He asked me questions and I answered him and he hit me twice in the face cause I wouldn't get off the phone. He went to his car as I tried to get into the store but doors were closed. He was yelling at the ladies in the store knocked display over that's why doors were closed. So i came out he opened his trunk grabbed a bag dropped it pulled a gun out fired 2 shots in the air. I went back to the store and  he started shootings at the building and windows. He was done approached the vestibule we were face to face and I don't remember any of of this till I saw the video and he had the gun pointed at me. He ran cops caught him. I ended with bullet fragments and didn't know I got shot . Went to hospital to get checked out. Left bullet fragments in me cause if they would of dug it out would of caused nerve damage.   Missed 3 weeks of work was denied disability and my wife missed a week of work . Neither of us receive any pay.  I m thankful I'm alive . I was told I was a hero cause he could of killled other people in the store.
