If you are seeing this you either know Amanda Beck McCleery and Neil McCleery or you know someone who does.
Amanda and Neil are two of the most loving, compassionate, caring people I have ever met. They are both hardworking which have resulted in their very successful careers. They have created a beautiful life together after marrying in 2015 and celebrating their big day with friends and family in 2016.
So, what’s next? They have the house, the careers, and the 2 fur babies they rescued. All their heart desires is for a little (human) baby McCleery! Their dream has always been to start a family and share their love with a baby boy or girl.
It has been a long 2 years of trying to attain their dream of having a baby; countless doctor visits, medications, surgery and endless negative tests. This was taxing physically and a rollercoaster of emotions for them both.
After months of medications, procedures and waiting brought them another possibility. They were given one more option which required another more invasive surgery for Neil. They were told that they have a 0% chance to bring a baby into their lives on their own, but after this surgery, they would still only have a 25% chance of pregnancy.
Knowing that their dream is to have a family and share all they have with a baby, and after extensive research, they decided that adoption is their best option. Amanda has always had a place in her heart for adoption, and we are so happy to be able to witness Amanda and Neil on this journey of adoption together. I know they will be gifted a special baby boy or girl that will complete their loving family.
As we all know, adoption is a beautiful, yet very expensive process. We love and want to support them, this is why myself (Heather Ritacco Harvie) and Amanda’s Mom (Terri Mitchell) have decided to start a go fund me for The McCleerys. Our goal with this is to help take some of the financial burden off of them with the possible travel, legal fees and all other expenses that come along the way and allow them to just enjoy the search for their baby boy or girl.
We hope that you would support us in making a difference in Amanda and Neil’s life.
