Mathes Family: Hurricane Michael

As you know, Hurricane Michael caused major devastation to Panama City. This was my hometown for 26 years. The whole city looks like a war zone and I have 2 brothers and there families that live there.  

This has been a treacherous few days as I could not reach them for two days. I didn't know if they were ok or not. Once I heard there voices it was the most amazing feeling!!! Then the realization of survival sets in.... They are estimating 2 months without electricity... how will they drink, eat, shower or anything without electricity?? They will have no job so what do they do? As a family we come together to make it work.

I have 5 amazing brothers so we make it happen!!! On Wednesday October 17th my brother that lives near me is taking a generator and supplies (gas, food, and water) to them and I plan to do the same on October 30th.
