Mark's Mission

On June 25th there will be a benefit at Baldwinsville Fire Department located at 7911 Crego Rd Baldwinsville, NY 13027 from 1pm-5pm in honor of Mark Augustus. Mark is a retired Baldwinsvile Police Officer. He had 20 years of service when he retired. Baldwinsville is a small community where many knew Mark over his years of service. Mark was diagnosed with AML a type of Leukemia in September 2015. Mark had 5 rounds (months) of chemotherapy at HOA in Syracuse, NY. On February 23rd 2016 Mark had a Stem Cell Transplant at Wilmont Cancer Center at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester NY.  This benefit is to raise money for Mark's care, medical expenses, and his year long recovery from his transplant.
The family of Mark is asking for your help to make this a successful event. We are asking for any type of donations, gift baskets, door prizes, food and gift cards or gift certificates. I have set this up for anyone wanting to donate money. We understand some people can not make the event but would still like to donate. 
This is going to be a Chicken BBQ. If anyone would like advance sale tickets the price is $20. Tickets at the door are $25. Children 10 and under are free. For tickets you may email me at: [email redacted].
Any funds not used after Mark's care will be donated to St. Jude's Children's Hospital and Hope Lodge.
