Marine Veteran Pursuing NFL Dream

My name is Steven Rhodes(#LetRhodesPlay). I am the Marine that had the big national NCAA case back in August 2013. As many of you may already know, I have been pursuing my dream of playing in the NFL. It has been a challenging road from the start, as I was initially denied eligibility to play college football because of playing on the Marine Corps football team during my enlistment. However, because of the immense national support, along with determination and drive, the ruling by the NCAA was overturned. My senior year has now come to an end and the next step is moving forward toward NFL combine/pro-day training. The facility in which God has placed on my heart, EXOS (San Diego), is one of the best and most expensive facilities to attend. So much so, that some agents are not willing to pay the full amount. At this moment, I have not found an agent who is willing to pay for this facility. Therefore, my family and I find ourselves embarking on yet another challenge being that the program is $6,500; meal plan is $1,680-$2,160; and housing is close to $4,000 for the 8-week training duration. Nothing within these past 4 years of playing football, being a student, and raising a family has been easy. Therefore, I knew this next chapter would come with many obstacles. But that has never stopped me! God will provide a way no matter how impossible it may seem. I kindly ask that if you find it in your heart to give a donation of any amount, it would be a blessing. My training starts January 16, and any help my family and I can get towards my goal before then will be greatly appreciated.
