Hi my name is Sylvana, I'm a college student, work part-time as a cashier and live with my mom.
Where we are currently renting is a beautiful house but it is upstairs. Due to my mom's health and not being able to walk very well It's very hard for her to go up and down the stairs every day. We have tried to find the right house that is all on one level, plus it must have a fenced in backyard for my mom's service dog Feria .
The money being donated will be able to cover: The down payment of 5,000 dollars and the land transfer tax of 850.00 dollars. Once That's covered we can afford the mortgage payments as it would be easier for the two of us .
We are looking at places in the price range of 110,000 dollars or lower with a 5% down.
Buying This new house would mean a lot to me.
As seeing my mom struggle going up and down the stairs as well as falling constantly which makes things very stressful on her.
