Help me do nothing next year!
You read that correct, I want money for nothing. I just turned 40 years old.
I have educated kids for free, fought fires, and giving when I had none. I worked my body to collapse and I see people posting fundraisers everyday for useless bs. I have worked fulltime since I was 15. I have been through an aweful divorce, loosing everything.
Here is my solution. I see the world of special snowflakes out there doing nothing but collecting funds for pointless causes. It's my turn.
I am not going to lie, not going to ask for you to give me money to work on my boat, to fix the fact that my mother is very ill (which is true btw), I want money for absoluetly no reason.
I promise to go and sail around the Salish Sea, I will ride my motorcycle, I will sleep late...but I promise to rescue no seals, to help no actual causes or to assist in any natural disasters.
So please, you cannot do everything for everyone but you can fullfill one man's dreams of doing nothing at all for sometime. You can defy the onslaught of pointless funds by giving me what you can afford, be it $1, $5 or $100,000, let's make pointlessness a real statement!
Thanks for supporting the first honest fundraiser!
