I, Mrs. Wossene Tiruneh Bowler, an Ethiopian by birth, established The Life’s Second Chance Foundation in 2006 and received 501 (c) 3 non profit status. I was a C.M.L. leukemia patient myself who got a second chance to live thanks to GOD and the help of modern health facilities in the United States of America where I now reside. I am the founder of this foundation as well as the promoter and developer of the LSCF hospital project in the town of Sheno, Ethiopia where many fellow country women and men do not have the second chance I was fortunate to have. Therefore, I have launched this fundraising to give same second chance to people who otherwise die for lack of treatment.
