Looking in all the right places

On Oct 16 I was waiting to make a left hand turn and I was broadsited by a hit and run driver. My car had to be towed to my house. Its a 2001 subaru and its totaled. My insurance doesn't cover me even though I have uninsured motorists  there needs to be another motorist  and they fled the seen. Im a disabled senior living up a mountain on a dirt road makes it impossible for me to use public transportation. I put the last of my savings into my car $5000 in the motor plus new tires and battery hoping it would last me until I die. I have NO OTHER FUNDS to buy another car. And living on social security only I can barely make it just to live. I'm the most honest person you could ever meet. I do good in the world and always have jumped in to help others. Of course I feel like a total victim and I'm trying to stay possitive. This feels so hard do to the total loss of my ability to get around to do just simple grocery shopping and doctors appointments.
A police officer filed out a report but because there was no insurance to need reimburse he didn't file it so I can't even get a police report which I need to prove this liability. I DESPERATELY NEED A CAR. Someone was going to give me one but he wanted the police report to make sure I wasn't scamming him and I lost that due to the officer not responding to my voice mail plees for a copy of what he wrote down on his report so again I was screwed. PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN I don't have anymore family they all died. THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION. Namaste Sable (HOPEFUL)
