Locked Out of My Reserves

I moved to Canada from Britain some time ago, and I moved my pension here a few years later to put it under Canada's more generous pension rules and to ensure that all my assets are here. At times, I have struggled and needed to draw from it to make ends meet.

Just under two years ago, Britain's pension regulator (which, to my surprise, had retained jurisdiction over my pension) unilaterally changed the rules, apparently without consultation or notice, locking me out of my reserves and effectively giving me a 20% pay cut overnight. My attempts to challenge this have gone nowhere. I have been unable to cut my costs to match this, so I have gone heavily into debt, and I am accordingly in a hole. It will still be more than a year before I get access to my reserves again.

Please help me to dig myself out of this mess, which is not of my making. I need funds as soon as possible, and I will be eternally grateful for any help I can get.
