I have been an activist for about five years now, and feel very passionately about freeing as many folks from cult mind control as possible. I started the website JWStruggle.com to help me make sense of what was happening when I left the Jehovah's Witness / Watchtower mindset. Shortly after that I started the YouTube channel JWStruggle and it has been a blast making these videos and having so many supportive people cheering me on!

When I went through my divorce from my rabidly devoted JW wife she tried to get full custody of our two minor children, and used the religion as a major point of argument in one of the several times I was on the stand testifiying before the judge. My lawyer was successful in getting me approved as an expert witness about Jehovah's Witnesses and that's where many fun things happened during my testimony.
I would REALLY like to put this information into a YT video as it could potentially help thousands in the exJW community that have been or will be locked into custody battles with an ex-spouse that is a practicing JW. It is 161 pages of testimony and costs nearly $500 though to obtain this court transcript on PDF. It is the ONLY way to get it, I have tried all other avenues. There are:
Comments from judge stating that shunning is harmful to children.
A ruling stating that they could not be baptized without my permission until they are 18.
My expert testimony as a former JW elder of 10 years about Armageddon, shunning, theocratic warfare, etc.
Please help me obtain this it will be an epic article and video for YouTube and my website that I feel will benefit many thousands of former JWs all over the world!
