LIEBIG 34 MUST STAY!
We are Liebig 34, a self-organised anarcha queer feminist house project in Berlin-Friedrichshain made of different collectives: the infoladen „Daneben“, the-queer-feminist living-project Liebig34 and the queer feminist eventspace L34-Bar.
40 people from all over the world with different backgrounds and gender identities collectively live together whitout cis-men, trying to create a “safer political space“ without hierarchies, a space where we try to develop, extend and exert anti-patriarchal practices, where we reflect power structures, privileges and where we empower each other.
Liebig 34 was squatted in 1990 and later legalized like many other houses in east-Berlin.
After the failed attempt to buy the house collectively, a contract was made for 10 years.
Now, december 2018, our contract is coming to an end.
Our house, like over 200 others around Friedrichshain, is owned by Gijora Padovicz and his company Siganadia Grundbesitz GmbH, famous for the systematic buying, eviction and destruction of houses and houseprojects for commercial profit in detriment of affordable housing spaces for all.
L34 is one of the few political anarcha queer feminist house projects in the world without cis men, working actively against sexism, discrimination and systematic oppressions. Spaces like this are needed. The Dorfplatz, Infoladen and Bar are important meeting points for the coming together of different political fights against the repressive system. Particularly in the current political context where the right wing is moving forward towards a historically strong reactionary position against feminism, non traditional binary roles, abortion and immigration.
Many projects have already been evicted. Many others are in the process of being so.
Don t let them take another house.
It is not only houses that disappear with evictions but forms of self organization, diversity and political resistance which also disappear with the houses. We are all affected by gentrification.

Die Liebig34 ist ein selbstverwaltetes, anarcha-queer-feministisches Hausprojekt in Berlin-Friedrichshain bestehend aus drei verschiedenen Kollektiven: dem Infoladen „Daneben“, dem Veranstaltungsraum „L34-Bar“ und dem Wohnprojekt.
Hier wohnen um die 40 Menschen aus verschiedenen Ländern mit diversen Hintergründen und Gender-Identiäten kollektiv zusammen ohne cis-Männer. Dabei versuchen wir einen hierarchiefreien „safer space“ zu schaffen, der uns Raum zum Entwickeln und Anwenden von feministischer Praxis gibt, der uns hilft Machtstrukturen und Privilegien zu reflektieren und uns die Möglichkeit gibt uns gegenseitig zu empowern.
Die Liebig34 wurde 1990 wie auch viele andere Häuser in Berlin besetzt und später legalisiert. Nach einem leider gescheiterten Versuch das Haus kollektiv zu kaufen, wurde ein Pachtvertrag für 10 Jahre aufgesetzt.
Im Dezember 2018 endet dieser Vertrag!
Das Haus gehört wie auch über 200 andere in und um Friedrichshain Gijora Padovicz und einem seiner Unternehmen Siganadia Grundbesitz GmbH, die bekannt sind für das
systematische Aufkaufen, Räumen und Zerstören von Häusern, Hausgemeinschaften und Hausprojekten, um daraus einen höheren kommerziellen Profit zu ziehen. Mit diesem Vorgehen geht immer mehr erschwinglicher Wohnraum in Berlin verloren.
Unser Wohnprojekt gehört zu den wenigen anarcha-queer-feministischen Projekten ohne cis-Männer und ist ein Ort, der gebraucht wird, um aktiv gegen Sexismus, Diskriminierung und Unterdrückung vorzugehen. Der „Dorfplatz“ vor dem Haus, der Infoladen und die Bar sind wichtige Treffpunkte, um sich für verschiedene politische Kämpfe und gegen repressive Strukturen zu organisieren. Vor allem jetzt mit dem Zuwachs rechter Positionen, die vermehrt ihre konservativen, rassistischen und antifeministischen Ideologien verbreiten.
Viele Projekte wurden schon geräumt und zerstört, viele werden es bald. Wir können nicht zulassen, dass uns ein weiteres Haus genommen wird.
Denn es ist nicht nur das Haus, das uns genommen wird bei einer Räumung, sondern auch Formen von Selbstverwaltung und ein Ort politischen Widerstands.
Wir werden kämpfen unser Haus zu behalten! Dafür brauchen wir Unterstützung! Wir müssen Kosten decken für Mobimaterial, Gerichtskosten und Soli-Zimmer.

LIEBIG 34 DEBE PERMANECER!
Somos Liebig 34, un proyecto anarco feminista autogestionado ubicado en
Berlín y compuesto por diferentes colectivos: la biblioteca 'Daneben',
el proyecto habitacional queer feminista Liebig 34 y el bar.
40 personas de todas partes del mundo con distintas nacionalidades,
formas e identidades de género viviendo colectivamente sin varones cis,
intentando crear espacios políticos más seguros y sin jerarquías. Un
espacio donde intentamos desarollar, expandir y ejercer prácticas
antipatriarcales, donde reflexionamos sobre estructuras de poder,
privilegios y donde nos empoderamos entre nostrxs.
Liebig 34 fue ocupada en 1990 y luego legalizada, como muchas otras
casas en el este de Berlín, post caída del muro. Luego del intento
fallido de comprar la casa colectivamente para salvarla de inversores
privados y mantener el proyecto, se estableció un contrato de alquiler
por 10 años.
Ahora, en diciembre 2018, es el fin de nuestro contrato.
Nuestra casa, como otras 200 alrededor de nuestro barrio, es propiedad
de Gijora Padovicz y su compañia Siganadia Grundbesitz GmbH, famosos por
la compra sistemática de propiedades, desalojos y destrucción de casas
para luego remodelarlas para la venta o alquiler a precios
exhorbitantes, en detrimento del derecho al acceso a la vivienda a
precios accesibles para la población local y a favor de un lucro
individual y capitalista.
Liebig 34 es uno de los poco proyectos anarco feministas sin varones cis
en el mundo, trabajando activamente contra el sexismo, discriminación y
opresiones sistemáticas.
Espacios como estos son necesarios.
La plaza que esta está en la esquina de nuestra casa, la biblioteca, el
bar son importantes puntos de encuentro y unión para las distintas
luchas políticas en contra de un sistema opresivo. En particular en el
contexto actual donde hay una derechización y una avanzada en posturas
reaccionarias en contra del feminismo, identidades de género no
binarias, aborto e inmigración
Muchos proyectos autogestionados ya fueron desalojados.
No permitas que desalojen otro más
No son solo casas las que desaparecen con los desalojos sino formas de
auto organización, diversidad y resistencia política.
Vamos a resistir el desalojo y necesitamos tu apoyo para poder hacerlo.
Tenemos que afrontar costos legales, difusión, habitación solidarias
para inmigrantes que viven en nuestra casa.

Siamo Liebig 34, una casa progetto auto organizzata
Anarcha-Queer-Femminista a Berlino-Friedrichshain. Il progetto é

Nella casa vivono circa 40 persone provenienti da tutto il mondo, con
background e identità di genere diversi, vivono insieme insieme senza
cis-men*, cercando di creare uno "spazio politico sicuro" senza
gerarchie in cui cerchiamo di sviluppare, estendere ed esercitare
pratiche anti-patriarcali, dove noi riflettiamo sulle strutture di
potere, sui privilegi e dove ci rafforziamo a vicenda.
Liebig 34 è stato occupato nel 1990 e successivamente legalizzato
come molte altre case nella zona est-Berlino.
Dopo il fallito tentativo di acquistare la casa collettivamente, è
stato stipulato un contratto per 10 anni.
Ora, dicembre 2018, il nostro contratto sta volgendo al termine.
La nostra casa, come oltre 200 altri attorno a Friedrichshain, è di
proprietà di Gijora Padovicz e della sua società Siganadia
Grundbesitz GmbH, famosa per l'acquisto sistematico, lo sfratto e la
distruzione di case e abitazioni per profitto commerciale a scapito di
spazi abitativi a prezzi accessibili per tutti.
L34 è uno dei pochi progetti di case femministe anarche queer
politiche nel mondo senza uomini, che lavora attivamente contro il
sessismo, la discriminazione e le oppressioni sistematiche.
Spazi come questo sono necessari, Dorfplatz, l'Infoladen e il Bar sono
importanti punti d'incontro per l'unione di diverse lotte politiche
contro il sistema repressivo. In particolare nell'attuale contesto
politico in cui la destra sta avanzando verso una posizione
reazionaria storicamente forte contro il femminismo, i ruoli binari
non tradizionali, l'aborto e l'immigrazione.
Molti progetti sono già stati sfrattati. Molti altri sono in procinto
di esserlo.
Non lasciare che prendano un'altra casa.
Non sono solo le case a scomparire con gli sfratti, ma anche forme di
auto organizzazione, diversità e resistenza politica che scompaiono
anche con le case. Siamo tutti interessati dalla gentrificazione.
Combatteremo per mantenere la nostra casa e abbiamo bisogno del vostro
