Young man needing brain procedure

Justin is 22 year's old. He has an (AVM) Arteriovenus Malformation, which is an abnormality of blood vessels in the brain. Justin has been having complications and will need to return to New York for a brain procedure. Justin is scheduled to be in New York the week of February 7, 2016.
