Fellow Belles - one of our very own is in trouble. Lauren and her 5 year old daughter are living in desperate living conditions not fit for humans to live in.
Lauren is going through a really rough patch at the moment and didnt want me to do this go fund me page but Ive managed to persuade her that she needs to accept help for her daughter.
Her kitchen ceiling fell in on Friday and bare plaster and wires are hanging about. The flat is damp and freezing due to the doors not fitting properly allowing the wind to blow through. Long term these conditions could have serious health impacts on them both.
There are rats all over the place in the garden the holes in her back door are caused by the rats chewing their way back into her property. The lane behind her house is infested due to rubbish. Rats are in her basement as you can see from the video.
Her landlady ignores all her requests for help and is allowing Lauren and Freya to sub-exist in these awful conditons.
The area she is living in is terrible place to bring up her daughter and she wants more than anything to be able to move to a safe comfortable new home - due to her circumstances she is in a catch 22 and does not money the deposit and rent and the cost of moving.
I know money is tight for all of us, but even if 950 of us could spare a pound it would mean the world for Lauren and Freya. I hope you can find it in your heart and pocket to help a fellow bokeh belle in need!
