Refugees in Lesvos, Greece

Dear friends and family,
As many of you know may know there are thousands of refugees that are stranded in Lesvos, Greece and there is a lack of coordinated international relief effort on the island. People in need are arriving every day and need basic necessities: clothes, food, water, shelter, etc.
There are too few volunteers, translators and large organizations there to assist the thousands of people pouring in every day.
A few people and I will be in going to Lesvos (and wider region), Greece at different times for a short trip to see if we can assist in any way that we can. I am looking to raise funds to directly benefit the refugees there. I intend on using the donations to providing materials for basic needs depending on the situation on the ground and depending on the organizations necessities/shortages for the refugees.
I will document my purchases and update donors, friends, and family accordingly.
