Legal defense fund for Gene Fore

Donation protected
Gene Fore, a 69 year old  coyote hunter was charged June 17th in Grant County with 23 felony counts of cruelty to animals and a warrant issued for his arrest.

Lloyd Eugene "Gene" Fore faces up to five years in prison, a $5,000 fine or both on each of the 23 counts accusing him of withholding proper and necessary food, water, shelter or veterinary care for 16 adult dogs and seven puppies.

The ASPCA in Enid is also sueing Gene civilly for the cost of the "care" they have given the dogs of his that they willingly seized, all the while using the situation as a means to fundraise.

Gene's dogs looked healthy to me in the videos.  They were all in good running condition and even interacted well with their abductors.  According to the ASPCA the dogs had fleas, and worms.  If that is cause enough for the drastic measures taken by the city of Pond Creek and the ASPCA then almost no animal owner is safe from their terrorism.  The dogs water bowls were dirty.  That is not acceptable, but does not warrant the action taken.  A warning would more than likely remedied the situation, but that is not the goal of the ASPCA.  The ASPCA doesn't care about the animals, they are only pawns in their goal of ending hunting.

Gene needs our help!  Helping Gene win this battle benefits every person in Oklahoma that hunts with a dog, owns animals, enjoys a rodeo, or even likes to eat a steak!
