Leaving everything behind

I am not quite sure how to start this... My mom and stepdad have been put in  a horrible situation due to a fraudulent transaction they had no control over.  They have been in this house for 24 years, made every payment on time and found out the person they bought this from, refinanced his home along with THEIR home since they were buying it from him.  Unfortunately, when he died they found this out.  On June 6th they were told they had 30 days to get out due to a realtor buying the property from the bank.  I have listened to my mother cry everyday over this. ( I call my mom daily :)  I am worried this will break her. 

They have to leave so much behind since they have no home to go to.  They sold what they could in the short time and have to leave furniture, appliances etc. behind.  They were able to get a small storage unit, but that filled up quick.  I can't imagine walking away from my home of 24 years and leaving things behind.  They are a limited income and have found most homes are what they get monthly from social security.  I have called multiple low income homes/apartments from Corvallis, Albany, Lebanon and Sweet Home and there is a 2-5 year waiting list.  They are put in a situation they have to rely on someone else, which they don't do very will with. They are both humble and never want to be a burden on anyone.   I do what I can, but they need so much more to start over.   

My mom is my rock and always has been.  She has lived through some tough things in life and still pushed on helping others where she could.  She the type that will take care of me (even at 43 yo) when I am ill or after surgeries.  She always puts others before herself.  

I would love to be able to raise money to help them start over, find a place to live and find some peace in this horrible predicament. Anything at all would be greatly appreciated.
