Bringing Laser Tag to Vancouver WA

Hi, my name is Scott and I run an exciting mobile laser tag business named Lazer Warz.
We have been in business for 2 1/2 years, serving the greater Portland Oregon area by bringing the excitement of laser tag to homes, parks, churchs, schools, and businesses.
But there is a problem in the Pacific Northwest. The winter season is a wet one and the equipment doesn't mix well with rain. So, we are limited to indoor parties during that season.
There are also many people who do not have a good place to play based on where they live or work.
So, I am looking to expand to a physical location in order to run parties all year long. The question has always been where.
The answer came during a series of phone conversations with perspective clients desiring to play laser tag in Vancouver. All of the local facilities are located in Beaverton, Milwaukee, and Wilsonville, which are long drives for Washington residents.
I am looking to marry the two ideas and put together a laser tag party location in Vancouver. But I lack some of the startup funds necessary to equip a location, thus I am starting this campaign.

A benefit to the community
I will be hiring several people at a wage greater than minimum wage and also giving regular bonuses out of the business profits. I believe in treating my team very well.
This will also give young people something positive to do with their time as the location would be running in an open play mode after school hours on most weekdays.
What would be your benefits?
Other than the knowledge that you are helping a local business grow and helping the Vancouver economy, you will also receive certificates of play time equal to twice the value of your donation, up to a $50 discount.
These could be used at either the main location or as a mobile party at the location of your choice.
Why $10,000?
I believe move in expenses will be around $30,000 total and I already have $20,000 that I can apply to the process. I plan on making it work, but extra money wil help make a more polished facility by opening day.
