Lawsuit against FAA SoCal Nextgen

I'm Stephen Murray, I'm a Culver City resident and one of the 7 parties in a lawsuit with the FAA over their Southern California Nextgen Project. 

The FAA's Nextgen project will increase aircraft noise to over 8.6 Million people around 21 different airports in Southern California. The Nextgen changes will also waste more fuel and emit more pollution.

The FAA has claimed there is "No Significant Impact", I disagree- This lawsuit is the means to disagree. 

This lawsuit is about standing up for the community and asking that people on the ground be given a voice in what happens over our homes.

We will need funding to progress. This is the initial plan:

Round One:
I am in immediate need of $500 to meet the initial court filing fee for for the lawsuit. The fee is due and the case will be dismissed if I don't meet it.

Round Two:
I'm not a lawyer and I started out  as a "pro se" litigant. Legal advice has been given to me for free through my generous contacts. I have recently brought on Mitchell Tsai, an attorney, to help with filings and argument. Mitchell is the same attorney who is working with the West Adams group on thier noise concerns and I believe we have mutually beneficial goals. Our goal for round two funding is $2500.  

Round Three is expected to be the oral arguments in front of the court. As this gets closer I'll update our new goals.

Please consider helping my efforts to bring SoCal residents relief in addition to other areas that may be impacted by Nextgen in the future.
