Hello my name is Sandy and I am a proud mother of two beautiful grown up twins and one lovely granddaughter. I am seeking your help with my go fund me account for surgery on my shoulder due to a torn rotator cuff. I recently fell and caused damage to this shoulder and it very important in order to be able to keep up with my granddaughter as well as other day to day tasks.
