Feed it Forward OKC

Hello! My name is Whitney Bates on Christmas night I delivered our leftovers to the homeless in the downtown OKC area and quickly ran out. I never realized how large the homeless community is. I did some research and found there is over 1,100 homeless individuals in OKC. A lot of them don’t know where their next meal will come from and that wrecked my heart. So I decided to do something about it. I started an organization called “Feed it Forward OKC” and our mission is to provide warm meals to the those in need. The amount I am requesting is enough to provide 100 meals a week for a year.The funds will go towards food, paper bags, meal containers, plastic wear, napkins, bottled water, snacks, dessert and possibly tooth brushes, toothpaste, and hair combs.
