Kompetensutvisningarna | Baseline Report
The Kompetensutvisning Baseline Report is an effort by the Diversify Foundation to publish the results from our survey, done together with WPHA.
This survey was launched after Ali Omumi, a Senior Engineer, was denied a 'helhetsbedömning' in April, 2018 - despite new (Lucia bedomningar) court rulings saying otherwise. Originally, we wanted to explore the implementation of the Lucia Bedomningar for foreign talent, however we have found much more.
The survey contains over 40 questions, including 12 in free text across 4 languages. Currently we have approximately 550 qualified responses. We will be launching the 1st of 2 parts of the survey on February 11th.
Diversify is a strictly non-political, organization. Currently we have no recommendations on policy other than:
1. Stop deporting foreign workers,
2. Don't fine employers for the system's failure, rather
3. Standardize, digitize, and inform talent and employers to make migration legal and transparent, and Sweden the #1 destination for top talent.
Our objective with this project is to understand with data how we can provide intelligence to make the Swedish system fair, transparent, and effective. As a non-profit organization we are reliant on donations.
We are very grateful for your donation, which you can choose to do openly or anonymously. Alternatively, if you are a graphic designer, we would also greatly appreciate your time.
