Great White Shark Conservation
The best way to save the Great White Sharks of Guadalupe Island is to understand them and to get to know their population and patterns. For this reason we are fundraising 20,000 as a grant for Nicole Nasby, Marine biologist, to continue with her work with these amazing creatures.
With the help of Nicole, we have identified 180 individual great white sharks off the coast of Guadalupe Island, Mexico. In the past, we have raised over $300,000 between generous donations and finacial support from Michael Lever, Captain of the Nautilus Explorer & Belle Amie, for research, surveillance, tracking and equipment.
