The heart of Baby Xis Hais needs surgery/Kev pab

My name is Xis Hais Thor, I was born just before Christmas, the 24/12/2018, my mommy and daddy were overjoyed when they discovered they were having a little girl.  Unfortunately, that joy quickly turned to immense sadness 45 days later, when the doctor discovered why I had so much trouble breathing and eating, I have a defect in my heart, the doctors names complex TGV (Transposition of the Great Vessels) because it's accompanied by other heart defects.  I could hear my mommy crying and sobbing, while my daddy was consoling her.  I am their only daughter so much hoped during several years of waiting. After meeting with multiple doctors, my parents learned that my disease can not be treated in my country, moreover I was born poor in a small village near Xiengkhoua, so it's not help me.
My parents requested assistance from our Hmong community and even all communities,  to foreign doctors also. 
A team of cardiac surgeons in Hanoi accepted to tackle my very complex case, the cost of this surgery  is near 10 000$, without your help, I have no chance to live.
