Keep the Gutierrez family together

A loving family who are the meaning of community with their generosity and kindness fell on hard times over the last 3 years. They have been through homelessness even during the pregnancy of their youngest child, serious medical conditions resulting in Yesenia being hospitalized and going through surgery. They have pushed hard to provide for their two beautiful girls. They dealt with fraudulent landlords that affected their financial situation. They finally found a stable home and started creating the life they wanted, they acquired transportation and found a good school for their older daughter. Now they have been faced with law/court fees and ridiculous hoops to jump through to accommodate ICE. Thanks to our current sitting president the process to become a legal citizen has become more complex and picky. Although this family has done everything right to keep their Father/Husband with their family, the courts will not even read his case unless they pay off their legal fees. He has been given a limited time frame before being taken from his family and sent out of the country. There is a small chance they can stay together or he can reapply to come back if they can raise the money. Thank you to anyone that helps no matter what amount this family thanks you. ❤️
