Keep Nevaeh with Dad-Medical Kidnap

Please help keep this baby with its Mommy and Daddy!    Nevaeh Ann Marie Taken by Montrose County  Department of Social Services and the Montrose Police Dept, they took Neveah from St Mary's Hospital In Grand Junction Colorado on June 7th at 8:00 AM.  She was suppose to leave that day with her Daddy to live with Him in her home, to await the day that her mommy will come home herself, as she is serving a sentence in a rehabilitation center,   CPS put the infant into foster care on June 7th. and refused to let her daddy even say goodbye,  They say that they only did this because they want to make sure Daddy has everything he needs and all the resources are available to him. They never came to his home to investigate the facts they had no reason to steal her from her family!!!

This Father is in need of everything while he begins a long road of court battles in Colorado to fight for the rights to keep Nevaeh home.  Food, clothing, baby items, as well as a STRONG legal defense team are all needed.  The hospital and CPS violated their rights.  Details on the situation will be posted in the update section as they become available.
